On receipt of your order we will send you an 'order acknowledgement' email indicating that your order has been received, the items ordered, payment total and that we are checking availability of stock. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
Our sales office will contact you by phone to discuss the order, delivery and payment. If you would prefer to order by phone and discuss particular items please call 075 94516442.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any individual or company.
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to discontinue products.
