Damages:
The Collection must be informed within 48 hours of any damages upon delivery and the item will be exchanged free of charge. We will require proof of purchase and photographic evidence in order to process the claim. We recommend that all cartons are counted and inspected on delivery. Mirrored furniture must be inspected on delivery as no subsequent claims for breakages will be accepted. Any damages must be reported while 'The Collection' delivery driver is present.
Returns and Cancellations:
We have a strict no-refund policy. Items can be returned or cancelled after placing an order or within 7 days of receiving goods and a gift voucher to the same value will be issued (this is valid for one year). Delivery charges are non-refundable if the order is cancelled after the delivery has been sent by 'The Collection'. Any non-damaged returns are the responsibility of the purchaser to be returned in a non-damaged condition. The goods will not be accepted by 'The Collection' if they are returned damaged. Photographic evidence of the damaged items will be taken by 'The Collection' and documented.
